Looking for info on visiting the Berkshires during Covid-19? We are thrilled to announce that we have reopened as of Monday, June 8th under the guidelines of the Massachusetts reopening plan. Here are some of the protocols we have implemented to keep you safe during your stay with us.

  • Rooms will be sanitized with a disinfectant fogger prior to guest check-in.
  • Rooms will be cleaned by request only to minimize guest contact. Fresh towels and amenities are available on request.
  • Housekeepers are required to wear masks and gloves in common areas and hallways and when cleaning guest-occupied rooms.
  • Breakfast service is available in-room or on the back porch during this phase. Back porch tables must be socially distanced. Back porch was recently closed-in to accommodate social distanced dining during cooler months.
  • For in-room dining, daily single-use menu form will be provided daily.
  • Face coverings required for staff and guests. Guests may remove face coverings while seated at tables.
  • We encourage our guests to contact us via phone or text for any requests or assistance.
  • Common areas are available for use by guests with a face mask. Social distancing rules apply in these areas (library, living room).
  • Our fitness center will remain closed until Phase 3 of the Massachusetts reopening plan.
  • Our pool is open, social distancing rules apply.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made three days or more in advance of visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of arrival or two days prior can be transferred to a gift certificate that is valid for up to 1 year. Otherwise, payment is remanded in full with possible reimbursement if the Inn at Stockbridge is able to rebook the reservation.

Most wonderful stay Just returned from a most enjoyable weekend at the Inn. The service is impeccable, the rooms wonderful, and the grounds just beautiful!! The BEST!!!!!! This was our first visit to the Inn at Stockbridge. We will definitely return. During this difficult time, one is concerned about staying away from home. Well, there are no worries at this Inn. The inn keepers take great care, and we felt very safe and secure. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was the best- many wonderful choices. Jeff and Lisa are fantastic Inn keepers. They always are making sure you are comfortable and not wanting for anything. Honestly, we cannot wait to return. We have stayed at many B & B’s in our life, but none as good as this one. Thank you, Lisa and Mike!

Stayed in room with a direct entrance from outside Very relaxing with nice pool! Breakfast was outside on pretty deck with large umbrellas, and made to order (order night before and everything is served without further ado). Very high quality food. Innkeepers friendly and have modern systems of tracking everything.

Peaceful and Luxurious Berkshires Weekend The Inn at Stockbridge is a peaceful and affordable luxury experience. Just 3 hours out of NYC it was a wonderful experience with many aspects that exceeded our expectations. The innkeeper gave us a warm welcome including homemade cookies. Our suite was immaculately clean, as was the jacuzzi, the pool and the grounds. He explained the precautions they take to ensure guest safety and it really felt that they were doing as much as possible to protect guests during their stay. The room was much larger than anticipated and very quiet. Although there were there were other couples on property we had a lot of privacy and distance. They serve a delicious and elaborate made to order breakfast, which we were able to have delivered to the room. They even have items for different dietary needs like GF, Vegan and Vegetarian. They were very accommodating. The pool was open and was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again, the nearby towns were charming and there is also a swimming lake in the neighborhood. If you are looking for elegance, quiet and amenities this is the best option.

Wonderful social distance get away for Anniversary! We had the most wonderful time for our anniversary here. We stayed in the “Shaker Room” of the Barn. Everything was 100% sanitized and safe. The homemade delicious breakfasts were delivered each morning for dining on our private patio. Lisa & Jeff made us so welcome and attended to every need that we had as well as homemade chocolate chip cookies & scones!!

Essential workers supported above and beyond I wanted to reach out and say a big thank you for a wonderful stay and for all your great support of the team. We were well rested and the food was delicious – you all did so much to make sure we were protected and welcome all at the same time. I know it’s been a challenge but you did a great job and we are sincerely thankful -every little detail was thought of and the room and service impeccable.
