Say good-bye to range anxiety and rest assured that you’ll get a charge out of staying at The Inn at Stockbridge. An ev charge that is, achieved with one of our two, on-site ev charging stations!

In fact, our Berkshires bed and breakfast has been able to recharge your electric vehicle since 2015. We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of services to our guests so adding a couple of ev chargers seemed a natural choice for our B&B.

The Inn at Stockbridge currently has two charging stations available for our guests: a 240V Tesla charging station rated at 80A and a 240V Clipper Creek charging station rated at 32A.

Having two different ev chargers allows us to offer power-ups to virtually any major model electric car, Tesla, Nissan, Chevy, hybrid, or otherwise. Best of all, when you stay with us charging your car is … free of charge!

Charging Stations & Farm-To-Table Meals, Too

Providing charging stations to support electric vehicles is one way we work to be green – but it’s not the only way.

The Inn at Stockbridge has long been passionate about serving freshly prepared meals made with locally-sourced, farm-to-table ingredients whenever we can. Not only is this food healthier for our guests and the environment and tastier, it also allows us to support our Berkshires neighbors.

This includes serving local, pasture-raised meats, artisanal cheese from local farms, and harvesting items from our own garden. We grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers for use in cooking as well as decorating. Our garden also makes up much of the beautiful view one soaks up while relaxing on our front porch.

Even our coffee is locally-sourced, roasted by Barrington Coffee Roasting Company, in neighboring Lee, MA.

Earth Day 2021

Thoughts of upcoming Earth Day celebrations (April 22, 2021) brought this subject to mind but guests of The Inn at Stockbridge don’t have to wait for any special date to enjoy the perks of eco-travel.
