As 2021 comes to a close, we look back over the year and reflect on all the good times and warm memories we have. Hosting guests at our Stockbridge bed and breakfast, The Inn at Stockbridge, is endlessly rewarding, this year no less than others.
We feel so lucky, not only living here in the heart of the Berkshires but also being able to share our home and the area with so many others. The guests who stay at our Stockbridge bed and breakfast, people like you, are wonderful and we get no end of pleasure helping them to enjoy their stay.
Not that it’s difficult to find things to do in the Berkshires, surrounded as you are by some of the best shopping, dining, museums, galleries, and theaters that the country has to offer. In fact, some of the Berkshires’ biggest attractions are right here in town. The Norman Rockwell Museum, Naumkeag, Chesterwood, Berkshire Botanical Garden, Kripalu Center, and more are all just minutes from the inn.
Our goal, here at The Inn at Stockbridge, is providing the best possible vacation stay we can. “We just had a wonderful weekend stay here! It was cozy, quaint, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Blagdon room in the main inn. It was spacious, had a beautiful gas fireplace, a beautiful bathroom, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts both days we were there were absolutely delicious, perfection! The inn is close to downtown Stockbridge, downtown Lee, and downtown Lenox! We went to the Norman Rockwell Museum which was only a couple miles away and really interesting. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“We stayed here for my fiancé’s birthday weekend. What a charming and well run inn by our hosts Lisa and Jeff. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. Wine and Cheese at 4:30pm was a great way to meet other guests and talk with Jeff. Breakfast was prepared by Lisa – and was delicious. We looked forward to the baked goods she had waiting for us every morning in addition to breakfast. So yummy. Would highly recommend for a nice weekend getaway to just slow down, enjoy each other, and enjoy this beautiful part of Massachusetts.”

“The best Inn! Jeff and Lisa, the owners are so kind. We had such a relaxing and wonderful time. When I tell the breakfast is delicious, I mean it 100%! … Loved walking the grounds and wine and cheese in the afternoon. Our room was clean, comfortable and we slept so good. Lots of cute sitting areas and outdoor rocking chairs to breath in the fresh air. We can’t wait to go back. The heated pool was lovely.”

“Just a great stay at the Inn. Jeff and Lisa are very personable and friendly. … The breakfast was fantastic, the service just as good. The 1.5 hr massage, well worth the time spent. We stayed in the barn and that is where I would stay again. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The Inn is close enough to take various trips to see historic sites or newer ones such as Berkshire Mountain Distillers. If your looking for a relaxing respite, don’t overlook the Inn at Stockbridge.”

Looking back at what has come before can be both fun and informative but we’re even more excited about what’s next. 2022 is just around the corner and our anticipation is building. What amazing guests will we meet and what happy surprises does the year have in store for us?
